Gamers are constantly provided with new features, exploration sites, and tasks throughout their journey in game plays. With such advances taking place regularly, Pokemon Go has also stepped forward with a new feature. This new ability to trade Pokemons with other players definitely raised the serotonin amongst these youngsters; however, soon, the happiness landed on board. The reason behind the reclining of emotions is the list of conditions that come alongside the trading option. The players are restricted to not trade the whole collection in a short span of time due to the requirement of Stardust for each deal made. The more exclusive the Pokemon, the more costly it is for both buyer and seller.
The Trade Cost:
The cost is stated by the developers for the sole purpose of keeping gamers hooked up in the exploration and hunting of Pokemons. Getting different creatures without playing and going through the mapped journey will eventually make the player lose interest, as it can acquire any Pokemon of its preference just by trading it from a fellow player.
The trade expense will be in the range of 4-10 stardust, presumably if the Pokemon you are offering to trade is already present in your Pokѐdex. In order to buy a new, exclusive one, the cost of the subject will also vary along with your friendship level. Players who have many friends and extended friendship periods with other coaches secure the most chances of trade. The relationship between friendship and charge is given as follows;
- Best Friend-90 day’s duration- the price is 800 Stardusts
- Ultra friend- 30 day’s duration- the expense is 1,600 Stardusts
- Great Friend- Week’s duration- 16,000 Stardusts will be charged
- Good Friend- span of a day- the cost is 20,000 Stardusts
Other Conditions:
It is important to note that you cannot always exchange Pokémon, not even with an infinite supply of Stardust. Given requirements must be satisfied in order to finalize a trade:
- In the game, the two coaches must be close friends
- Each trainer’s level must be at least 10
- Players must be within 100 meters of one another in order to conduct a trade
