This is a very rare yet key item that is scattered around the Elden Ring map and can be found throughout the map locations.
Larval Tear Location in Elden Ring
The following guide will help players find out these Larval Tears in Elden Ring. Some of the locations which have Larval Tear are:
Caelid Larval Tear site
This is the first location point where players can find Larval Tear. In the southwest of Caelid, at a gravesite, a crowd of enemies will appear. One of them will change into a huge giant, and defeating that giant will drop Larval Tear, which can be collected by the player to upgrade the stats.
Limgrave Larval Tear site
Larval Tear in Limgrave can be accessed at the South Site of Grace, on the cliffs which come after Agheel Lake. While heading upward on these cliffs, stay low-key from the enemy camps which are just above this cliff, and you will face some grunts. One of them will also change into a gigantic bear who can be defeated by using incantations. Upon killing it, Larval Tear will drop and can be collected then.
Siofra Larval Tear site
Once the players arrive at the Siofra River, they will face a group of ramparts moving around a pillar. Head upward and follow them into a cave which is located at the back of that area. Players will encounter a merchant there who sells off Larval Tear. It can be purchased from him.
Liurnia of the Lakes Larval Tear site
In Liurnia, there are 2 sites from where Larval Tears can be collected. The first one is located in the Village of Albinaurics. This Village is in the swamps of the southwest of the main lake, and Larval Tear can be located near a house, which sits at the top of the cliff facing towards the Village.
The second one lies behind Caria Manor which is in the North of Liurnia of the Lakes. On the southern face of this cliff, a spirit of a student can be seen, sitting on a rock. On making a dialogue with it, players can get a Larval Tear and some gadgets.
Nokron, the Eternal City Larval Tear site
After subjugating Starscourage Radahn, enter Norkon and head down toward Limgrave. Players will find a Site of Grace near a location where a shooting star fell. A church can be seen on the right side of them, where a Larval Tear can be found.
Another Larval Tear can also be collected by going into the city. Just before encountering the first boss gate, a small structure in a field will be holding Larval Tear.
One more can also be won by killing the boss who is just behind the boss gate players have seen.
