- A Good Day to Die: Complete the game generally by beating the five castles and killing Belphegor. Only do good actions on the way but do not destroy the cult and do not get the Necronomicon.
- Cursed to Crawl: doing enough evil tasks for a man in red at the top right of Arkos to invite you into the cult hideout North above the town > complete the game as usual and kill Belphegor without getting the Necronomicon.
