Changing classes in Fire Emblem games has always been significant, allowing units to unlock new skills and abilities. Fire Emblem: Three Homes is not any different, but the class system has been majorly overhauled with this game.
If you think it’s as straightforward as popping an item once somebody hits level 20, think again.

Class Tips
From the time you reach level 30 and become a Master Class, you can see all of the classes and possess an understanding of their various requirements and benefits.
You can start assigning skills at this point as well so we advise that you do this in accordance with your preferred course.
Allocate skills in a means which makes your team fit your favorite playstyle and plan. As an example, if your standard plan is to lure enemies outside before pouncing on them then be sure to have units with high protection.
