Clash Royale has just released its Season 34 update for the month of April 2022, which includes significant changes to the Miner. With a new season approaching, this update will add some new highlights to the game, revamp the badge system, fix bugs, and more. Supercell has recently announced that Clash Royale will undergo 13 significant changes in addition to the bimonthly balance changes that are customary.
Clash Royale April 2022 Update: Clash Royale Badges
In Clash Royale, players can earn badges for reaching various game milestones. Supercell’s update will revamp the system by redesigning existing badges and introducing additional badges. The new gleaming appearance will reward players for reaching certain milestones and will be showcased in the Collection tab rather than the player profile.

Clash Royale April 2022 Update: Card Mastery
With the help of a brand-new feature called “card mastery,” players will be encouraged to use more cards and demonstrate their proficiency with them. It becomes available at King Level 7, and players earn rewards as they progress through the levels. This is a welcome change because it will provide players with more gold, cards, wildcards, and gems, boosting their progression.

To gain access to Card Mastery Tasks, players must first win 5 battles with that card in Ladder (1v1 Battles), Tournaments, Party Modes, Clan Wars, or Challenges. Depending on how the card is used, it will have three sets of tasks. For example, in order to finish one of the Set 1 tasks, Knight must deal a certain amount of damage.

The update will include the first and second sets of tasks for all cards, with the third set following in a subsequent update. The rewards are determined by the card’s rarity and the set. Players will earn one Mastery level for each task completed, which will update the Mastery Badge and grant extra lives!
Clash Royale April 2022 Update: New Champion- Mighty Miner
To engage the opposing king in combat, a new champion has entered the arena. The most tanky champion, worth 4 elixirs, is Mighty Miner.
He is a single-target melee troop whose attack mechanic is similar to that of Inferno Tower, Dragon, in that locking on such a single target appears to increase damage over time.

Explosive Escape, his special ability, means allowing him to escape the field and dig up to the horizontally opposing direction, leaving behind a large bomb. The ability costs two elixirs and can save the great and powerful miner from swarms of troops or aerial troops while also interacting damage to them with his bomb.
He, like all champions, will be unlocked at King Level 14, but all players will be able to participate in his Launch Party Challenge, which will be available once the update is released. The Challenge will be divided into two parts, and you must complete the first part to advance to the next stage.
