One where people might want to invest in property. On the other hand, the other side has detailed university buildings with pristine paths.
One side has a liquor store while the other is home to a wine emporium. One neighborhood has a ton-down theater and checks cashing business while the other has a real bank and an amazing theater. Instead of people making up excuses like wanting to do art but lacking the appropriate tools. He started giving people guitars, computers, notebooks, pencils, and midi controllers, as music is also some kind of intellectual property law. His move encouraged people to start donating stuff to help artists. He nominated local artists and picked winners with a spinning wheel game.
Sometime later, he visited other neighborhoods around Boston, set up a few chairs, and offered to converse with people freely on various interesting topics such as songs, races, and Boston to name a few. He patiently waited for participants while playing the song “The Price is Right”.
During one winter, he wanted to bring warmth to Boston by any means. He started offering hot chocolate, games, and hand warmers. In one event at the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, he challenged the attendees to play video games, duck duck goose, and Nerf gun marksmanship.
He also created interesting videos for his social media followers. Whenever he was frustrated about something, he would create a video and share his arguments with his followers. Most of these videos went viral.
He then started focusing on serious topics which he called ‘real talk right now videos. While he’s still the guy that makes people laugh, he can easily talk about serious issues that need effective solutions immediately. There are a lot of wrong things that are happening in the community today. Having someone refreshingly talk about them is all that’s needed to make the change.
Bullock posted a video called “Dear Boston Luxury Condos” two years ago. Like his other interesting videos, it starts with him driving his car as he records himself. He pulls over and starts walking around Boston. While gazing around one street, he starts wondering who the apartments are built for. Luxury condos are being built everywhere. However, only a handful can afford it. Because of the existence of these condos, rent is on the rise every day. This Facebook video was viewed more than 500000 times and shared close to 9000 times. It also attracted more than a thousand comments. The housing crisis, as Bullock says, is on everyone’s mind today.

Bullock says that most local artists cannot afford to put their productions in the Strand Theater. And it’s stressful. After conducting extensive research, he found that there are a lot of factors that drive gentrification. And solid plans were put in place more than a decade ago to drive gentrification. By the time the protests start, it will be too late because the deals and projects will have been approved.

Gentrification is difficult. The problem with property demolition is people are coming up with plans to drive people away so that they can start generating revenues and huge profits.
