Before you launch The Evil Within from Steam, right-click on the game’s Name and Choose Properties. Then under the General tab, select Set launch options. Then enter the following code to unlock the console: +com_allowconsole 1.

As soon as you start playing, you can press on INSERT in your keyboard to access the console. Then you can enter the commands indicated below to activate the corresponding effects.
