Destiny 2’s The Witch Queen campaign is the most significant narrative in the franchise since the Guardian communed with the Darkness to use Stasis. The campaign offers a number of insights into Light and Darkness and aims to provide a solution to the question on everyone’s lips ever since The Witch Queen was made public: How did Savathûn take the Light?
Players should anticipate a lengthy campaign with new task systems resembling raids and dungeons because there is so much storytelling left to be done. Major encounters can be encountered by players during each mission. These encounters begin with a Rally Banner and conclude with a chest that spawns and contains rewards. This implies that guardians have a greater possibility of finding gear and gaining a Power Level increase in the middle of a mission and that they can locate something valuable almost without having to pause their shooting.
Without including side missions that are scattered throughout the campaign and are required to advance the plot, The Witch Queen features eight story missions. Here is a list of every assignment in The Witch Queen in Destiny 2 along with the suggested Power Level.
- The Arrival (1360)
- The Investigation (1360)
- The Ghosts (1370)
- The Communion (1420)
- The Mirror (1420)
- The Cunning (1440)
- The Last Chance (1490)
- The Ritual (1500)
Through a special node, players can repeat previously completed campaign missions at any time and vary the difficulty. The Witch Queen is the first expansion to offer a Legend version of the campaign. This version of the campaign has tougher missions and more loot, as well as special rewards for completing all missions on Legend. The most significant of these rewards is a set of 1520 gear, which will accelerate players’ progress toward the Powerful cap.
