As of the latest update on Xbox, at least when you begin your career mode after saving, you receive an email stating that all your farms (and the money) are merged, and when held, it’s an exclusive map for single players. If you’re lucky enough to have at least one player who joins you in multiplayer, you can make new farms and transfer money over for unlimited money. Up to six players can create their farms and then share the funds to use however you want.
