Fencing Lessons Walkthrough
From the Var Attre estate after talking with Rosa var Attre in the’Broken Flowers’ main story pursuit.
To start the quest, we’ll need to speak with the Var Attre Guard Captain situated outside the property, which may be found only east of the St Gregory’s Bridge fast travel markers.
After the dialogue, we’ll need to head to the objective marker located in the far south-eastern part of Novigrad.
Notice: at this time you will earn 10XP.
Talk with Rosa var Attre when you arrive to keep the pursuit.
Follow Rosa a brief distance up the nearby hill on the bridge. Here you’ll need to duel her. Luckily, she hasn’t improved because you fought her previously and as before, you’ll win this fight very easily by simply riposting and following up with an attack until she gives up.
Notice: At this point you will earn 25XP.
Observing the fight Rosa will evaporate. Head to the search region and utilize Witcher Sense to discover a pair of footprints. Follow the prints down into town till you find Rosa being faced by some bandits. During the ensuing conversation you’ll have a few choices:
- Bribe them with 50 Crowns – They will leave without incident. This option will also net you 10XP.
- Use AXII (Level 2) – They will leave without incident. This option will also net you 40XP. “Leave her alone. Piss off.” – This will start a fight in which you will have to kill them all.
No matter your choice during the conversation, after one final chat with Rosa, the quest will be completed.
Note: For completing the quest, you’ll earn 25XP.
