These fish are located in the reefs of Big Islands. There can be multiples, I have found 3 previously in 1 Isle’s perimeter reefs.

Below is a video where I show you how, but for those that don’t want to watch it, I could detail it :

Find one of the reefs. They won’t be puffed up yet, but will leave a stream of bubbles behind as they swim. They also make popping noises that you can listen for.
As he comes towards you, stab him. Swim backwards and stab him, that’s all you have to do.
Be cautious, the Shark might be lurking around too.

Weapons:

Wooden Spear: 4 Stabs
Metal Spear: 2 Stabs
Bow: 6 Stone Arrows or 3 Wooden Arrows
