He is a ranger proficient in evasion, gunfight, bombs and… leech?
Introduction
First of all, this isn’t a optimised construct, it isn’t meant to easily defeat any of the Hard Mode Bosses (it still can, thou). It’s a build created for pleasure, and fun only! Having said that, let us go into it.
I see everyone playing crucial or multistrike theses days so why not wanting something else?
And then comes the TECHNOMANCER
A Ranger proficient in evasion, mecanical weapons, bombs and leech.
S you can see, you are able to play this man two ways: the SCIENTIST or even the NUKER.
Let’s have a look.
Stats
Whatever you pick between scientist and nuker, you can play with a full DEX construct to maximize damage.
I personaly prefer to possess 22 CON (800 base HP) then I put everything else in DEX (for harm ). Nonetheless, it’s your decision. Your game, your rules.
The Scientist
You know what’s good with technology? Everything !
Base on survivability, high chance of leech, evasion and mainly designed for crowd clearing.
Here’s the SCIENTIST !
Skill level 1 : Crossbow
Skill level 5 : Fading
Skill level 10 : Dodge Chance
Skill level 15 : Potion Mastery (duh !)
Skill level 20 : Dodger
Skill level 25 : Cheat Death
Skill level 30 : Combo Swing
Strange isn’t it ? Well …
– Crossbow is the main weapon of the Nuker, so you’ll already have one you will use, and nothing increase the gun damage so …
– Fading is more useful than Sentry Stance cause with the low range of guns you’ll be moving and dodging a lot, so Sentry won’t be active.– Dodge chance fits the build perfectly.
– Dodger : As I said, you’ll be rolling a LOT, and more dodge chance is great for this build.
– Cheat Death : You think you can kill me ? Dude I have steampacks in my pocket !
– Combo swing : You may think that Survival Instinct fits better and you’re right, BUT it doesn’t increase the heal you get by crit (see below) or the one you leech … sigh.

Arms : Unbreakable Arms
Legs : Ceasless Champion Legs
Cloak : Winged Cloak
Ring : Life Binder Ring

Secondary Weapon : Heartseeker (for more dodge and running speed), Titanium Crossbow.

Base on survivability, leech, evasion and mainly created for boss combat.
Here’s the NUKER !
Skill level 1 : Crossbow
Skill level 5 : Any
Skill level 10 : Dodge Chance
Skill level 15 : Potion Mastery (duh !)
Skill level 20 : Unstable
Skill level 25 : Sharp Shooter
Skill level 30 : Combo Swing
Still a bit strange …
– Crossbow : Your main weapon.
– Sentry Stance can be useful here, as bosses don’t move for a while once they’re down. I still prefer Fading, but it’s a matter of choice.
– Dodge chance still fits the build perfectly.
– Unstable : You’re a nuker, you blow up thing, right ?
– Sharp Shooter : Stay far from your own explosions, and gotta kill them all. #Nukemon.
– Combo swing : Crossbow+Plunderer’s Help+Ring of Divine Protection = Mu-mu-mu-multistrike !

Wanna feel a bit like Fallout 4 ? Use your fat man bombs everywhere and don’t mind too much about detroying the world, you can regenerate it anytime.
