Veteran’s Prosthesis – Best Fist Weapon in Elden Ring
With this fist, you can deal physical and lightning damage to your opponents. You can also use it with both hands.

This weapon can be scaled with Strength and Dexterity. You must have at least this level in these stats before you can use it.

Grafted Dragon
Because of the physical and fire damage it can deal, this is one of the best fist weapons in the game. This is a one-handed fist as well.

- Physical damage: 89
- Fire damage: 57
- Critical damage: 100
Strength, Agility, and Faith are all required to use this weapon. If you want to utilize it effectively, you should have at least this level in these stats.
- Strength: 20
- Dexterity: 14
- Faith: 16
It is not capable of absorbing war ashes. Bear Witness is its weapon skill! It also consumes 20 FP. You should use this skill when attempting to attack multiple opponents at once.
Cipher Pata
This weapon’s inclusion on this list is somewhat dubious, but it does excellent holy damage. Its key statistics are listed below.

With Faith, you can level the Cipher Pata. To use Cipher Pata properly, you must have:

Cipher Pata cannot be infused with Ashes of War. However, it gains the weapon skill Unblockable Blade. This skill costs 25 FP to use.
