Additionally, I noticed that the wages are like the training expenses. However, you can’t find the next training costs immediately after training a worker. Trainees will by default have satisfactory salaries.
Salary is only one element in keeping your employees (un) happy, for example another factor is the quantity of workload.
This manual doesn’t work on situations. In some scenerio staff need is far more money than normal.
