You may assemble buildings to increase your domain stats. Each building has a cost in BP and a building period and many buildings can be assemble concurrently.
To begin construction, pick a building you want from the list on the right side of the screen and place it in an empty slot at the settlement.
Buildings may offer special bonuses if you meet certain conditions (most commonly, two buildings must stand close together to give the incentive ).
Make sure that you utilize this attribute to your full advantage if planning a settlement. Some buildings may be placed only in designated spots or regions.
As examples, a dock has to be built on water, and a mill has to be constructed with no other buildings around it.”
Note that the cost of a building will increase for each extra one in the same settlement.
Demolish a building to get rid of it and recover half of those tools you spent on building. If you would like to move a building, you will need to demolish the old one (gaining half of those resources you spent on it) and assemble it in the new desired slot for half of the cost. You won’t need to spend some extra BP, but you’ll have to wait for construction to finish in the new site.
Adviser choices are triggered when you reach every 20 points at a stat. The advisor will ask to see you in the throne room.
They ask you if you want to create the building in question. You will be charged the BP for the construction but then be able to build the first copy of the building for free.
Artisan are thing creators. If you decide to build their building on your barony, they will periodically come to you at the throne room and give you things.
If you upgrade their shops, they will create more valuable items. They also activate specific Artisan quests to locate things to crafted legendary items.

Upgrading Buildings
Upgrading buildings have improved stat bonus. In addition they often gain new adjacency or even”if in settlement” abilities.
By way of instance, a Barracks updated to a Garrison provides an extra +1 Military bonus. Another example is upgrading a Tavern to an Inn adds”Adjacent to Town Hall +2 Relations / Adjacent to City Hall +3 Relations”.
When you have enough build points to upgrade the building and the Village has been upgraded to a City, you can upgrade a building by clicking on it, then clicking on upgrade.
– Upgrading buildings take no time.
– Upgraded buildings inherit the affected buildings bonus from the previous levels.
– Indentation means a building is upgraded from the building listed above it.
